We had a such wonderful stay at this family-friendly hotel. Efficient staff and the place was tidy. The room was exceptionally clean and huge and the bathroom was nice. Its food was good, with a wide range of meals.

Some meals were quite chaotic, as certain guests would push and shove, making it difficult to enjoy the food. The variety of food options could be improved, as it seemed to be geared more towards French and German guests.

I didn´t like the beds. A bit too hard for me. And it was very tiny walls. You could hear the neighbours....

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is a small friendly and very clean hotel. The main clients seemed to be French and German. We did not meet any other English clients. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located centrally in the city center and close to the market road. The staff is really friendly and can speak multiple languages. The rooftop pool is deep yet refreshing.

We liked the location and the armosphere of the hotel .The food was good and it was a good place for a family holiday and a good value for money.
Just we would like the restaurant staff to speak better English because sometimes we couldn't get each other.We'll go there next year for sure.

Hotel has a good location. Very close to the main beach in the town.
I'm very disappointed with my recent stay in Santa Rosa. Hotel didn't meet standard of 3*** Unprofessional staff, poor standard of room and hotel facilities. Sadly I wouldn't recommend that hotel to anyone.

I was really happy with the value I got for my money at this hotel. The rooms were recently renovated and looked really nice. The location was great, with a swimming pool and terrace on the roof for sunbathing. The staff were amazing, always ready to assist and answer questions.
Breakfast option could have been better, maybe more variety.
